About Me

I retired after 42 years in public education, having taught fifth grade on NYC’s Lower East Side in the 1960s and 1970s, when gangs ruled the streets. In 1980, I moved my career to Norwood, New Jersey, where I served as a Building Principal and then as the District Superintendent for 29 years, retiring in 2009.

As a lifelong storyteller, I draw inspiration from the world around me — its beauty, complexities, and the myriad of human experiences. My writing journey has led me to explore a range of genres, from thrilling mysteries to heartfelt dramas. Each story is crafted with care to resonate with readers on a personal level.
